Abdulhaleem Ishaq Ringim is a Nigerian economic and public policy enthusiast, award-winning writer, and governance advisor. He serves as the Special Assistant to the Governor of Kaduna State on Economic Matters and the State Coordinator (Kaduna) for the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD). He is also a Policy Writing Fellow with Agora Policy.

A prolific columnist, Abdulhaleem’s writings on politics, economics, public policy, and security have shaped national discourse. He is an alumnus of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), where he won the Ezekiel Gomos Leadership Prize.

His contributions to governance and policy have earned him numerous prestigious honors, including the JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Award, the Royal African Young Leadership Forum (RAYLF) Award, and recognition among the 100 Most Influential Powers Behind The State (BTS 100). He was also shortlisted for The Future Awards Africa Prize for Governance (2024). A First-Class Economics graduate from Ahmadu Bello University, he is committed to driving impactful policy reforms in Nigeria.
